- Is this DPDP-compliant?
- Audio and transcripts are stored in India, retention is configurable, deletion is user-initiated as well as automatic at 30 days, and the privacy policy sets out sub-processors and rights. Read the privacy policy for the full position before adopting it firm-wide.
- Can I shorten the retention window?
- Yes — the auto-deletion window is configurable per user, and any individual file can be deleted immediately from the dashboard.
- Should I rely on this for a court record?
- No. Treat it as a working file note, not a certified transcript. For anything filed as an official record, have a human verify against the audio.
